Jenna Oliver (they/them) was born and raised in the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations (Vancouver, British Columbia).

Jenna has been a public figure since 2007, when their cosplay group launched a YouTube channel that uploaded weekly cosplay skits. In 2010, they began to travel the world as a cosplay guest, hosting events, running informative panels, signing autographs and just hanging out with other convention attendees. Some of the places Jenna has been a cosplay guest include: Canada, USA, Australia, England, Ireland, Norway, Germany, Spain, and Mexico.

Besides cosplaying, Jenna is also a professional voice actor. Voicing characters in video games and anime has been a long-time dream of theirs, which they decided to make a reality during the Covid-19 lockdown. Since then, they have taken numerous classes and has been hired for many different projects ranging from audio dramas to video games, portraying all sorts of different character archetypes.

Jenna’s real passion, however, is writing. Ever since they were old enough to pick up a pen, they have been creating worlds and characters of their own. As an adult, Jenna’s love for writing has only grown deeper, and they have decided to share their creations through assorted medias: comics, video games, audio dramas, and novels.

Some of Jenna’s other hobbies include playing video games (mainly fantasy adventures like Dragon Age, The Witcher, Final Fantasy & The Legend of Zelda), reading, daydreaming about going into space, traveling to exotic places around the world, and exploring nature— especially hiking to allegedly haunted places.

Jenna currently resides in səmiq̓ʷəʔelə, British Columbia, with their partner in time and their three adorable kitties.
